At least 11 people were killed in clashes over land in one of Ivory Coast's major cocoa growing regions early on Thursday, a senior presidential source said. A military source said he knew of 16 dead and believed two more people had died of their injuries after the clashes between local villagers and migrant farmers in Siegouekou, a village close to the western cocoa town of Gagnoa. --SP 2151 Local Time 1851 GMT
