UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan has said while he could not predict whether Iraq would break up, the world body, the Security Council and the international community are working to ensure its territorial integrity. "We have all been working on the basis that you are going to have a unitary State, an Iraq that is united and at peace with itself and with its neighbours," the Press Trust of India quoted Annan as saying at a press conference yesterday.
