The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) issued its daily forecast report for the weather in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The report said that thunder rain accompanied by active winds is forecasted on Najran, Jazan, Asir and Baha heights and may extend to Makkah heights, while altocumulus thunderclouds are forecasted on the coastal parts of Jazan and Asir Regions and active dusty winds are forecasted on the eastern parts of southwestern heights, Najran Region and parts of Riyadh Region. The report showed that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea will be southwest to southeast on the northern part of the Red Sea at a speed of 12-30 km/h, and west to northwest on the central and southern parts of the Red Sea at a speed of 15-45 km/h. The report also showed that the surface wind movement on the Arabian Gulf will be northwest to northeast at a speed of 12-32 km/h.
