The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) issued its daily forecast report for the weather in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The report said that continuation of medium to heavy thunderstorms, accompanied by active winds on the regions of Jazan and Asir, and opportunity for thunderstorms over the heights of Najran, Al-Baha and Makkah, while active dusty winds on some parts of Riyadh, Eastern and Qassim regions, as well as on the coasts of Makkah and Madinah regions. The report showed that the surface wind movement on the Red Sea today will be northwest at a speed of 20-45 km per hour. The report also showed that the surface wind movement on the Arabian Gulf today will be southwest to northwest at a speed of 15-25 km per hour.
