Iran is willing to talk with the United States about a nuclear program, Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi said Monday. "If negotiations are on the basis of equality and mutual respect in the same way we are talking to Europeans now, there is no reason not to talk to others," Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi said when asked at a news conference whether Tehran was willing to talk to Washington about its nuclear program. Kharrazi, addressing a press conference with his South African counterpart Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma, also said Iran will "make its own decisions" within three months if new negotiations with Europe do not meet Iran's demand to use its nuclear program for domestic energy purposes.
