Under the patronage of Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz, the President of AGFUND, a ceremony to hand over prizes for the pioneering development projects will be organized in Tunis on Wednesday. Representatives of the development organizations and the organizations of the civil society as well as ambassadors and pressmen will participate in the ceremony. A similar prize awarding ceremony was organized last year in New Delhi. It is worth mentioning that the AGFUND's prize committee has selected three development projects among 83 projects nominated for the prize from 32 countries. The winning projects include: the project of development of nursing sector in Sa'eed region in Egypt, the program of environmental preservation in Bangladesh, and the project of the democracy committee in information technology in Brazil.
