The Organization of the Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) will tomorrow hold its 73rd conference to discuss a number of reports, including a report on the activities in which OAPEC has organized or taken part in addition to following up the coordination among oil training institutes as well as the progress of work on the Arab grand free duty trade zone. Eng. Ali Alnaimi, the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, leads the Saudi delegation to the meeting. The organization is made up of Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Libya, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria and UAE.
