Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Eng Ali Al-Naimi said the oil production of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is still 9.5 million barrel per day. In a press statement published here today, Al-Naimi explained that the Kingdom has been maintaining this level of production since last August within the framework of the efforts exerted by OPEC member states to meet the increasing demand for oil. 'The Kingdom doesn't face problems in marketing its oil production, and it has been working to meet the request of its customers', he said. Al-Naimi pointed out that despite the fact that supply exceeds demand, yet he feels satisfied for the increase of the stockpiles in the oil consuming countries.
