Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) has announced the start of issuing U.S.$ denominated international trust certificates under its Trust Certificate Issuance Programme, as the offering will begin on June 7 until June 17, 2021. Saudi Aramco pointed out that the trust certificates will be Shari'a compliant and U.S.$ denominated, with the issuance amount being subject to market conditions, adding that the targeted class of the issuance is institutional investors (qualified investors in the jurisdictions in which the offering will be made in accordance with the rules and regulations of such jurisdictions.
