The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has strongly condemned and denounced the attempts of the Iran-backed terrorist Houthi militia to systematically and deliberately target civilians and civilian objects in Khamis Mushait City, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, using a bomb-laden UAV that was intercepted by the Coalition Forces. The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation confirmed in a statement that the continuation of these terrorist attacks by the Houthis constitutes their blatant challenge to the international community and disregard for all international laws and norms. The Ministry urged the international community to take an immediate and decisive stance to stop these repeated acts that target vital and civilian installations as well as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's security and the stability of global energy supplies and economy. It reiterated that the continuation of these attacks recently is a dangerous escalation and new evidence of this militia's endeavor to undermine security and stability in the region. The Ministry renewed the UAE's full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding these terrorist attacks, standing in one line with Saudi Arabia against every threat to its security and stability, and supporting it in all measures it takes to preserve its security and the safety of its citizens and residents. The statement concluded that the security of the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is indivisible, and that any threat or danger facing Saudi Arabia is considered a threat to the UAE's security and stability.
