The 1st Coordination Meeting of the Arab Group held virtually today in preparation for 109th International Labour Conference (ILC), which will be held virtually from 3 to 19 June. ILC will be attended by the General Director of the Arab Labour Organization (ALO), Fayez Al-Mutairi and number of Arab ministers. During the meeting, they discussed number of procedural issues of the Arab Group Presidency, and formation of the two coordination and drafting committees. They also discussed the post of chairperson of the 109th session and other positions of the ILC. Furthermore, the agenda of the meeting included the International Labor Office Board Elections for 2021-2024, and the strategic plan for the International Labor Organization (ILO) for 2022-2025.
