Rumsfeld to hold talks in India on defense and security matters =

United States Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld arrives in New Delhi late Wednesday on a two-day official visit.
While officials were tight-lipped about his specific agenda, he is expected to discuss defense cooperation and other security issues with Indian leaders.
Rumsfeld was scheduled to meet Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, External Affairs Minister Natwar Singh and Defense Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Thursday.
