Kingdom contributes to combat locusts in Senegal

A royal order has been issued to contribute U.S. 1 million dollars to combat desert locusts in Senegal, the Minister of Agriculture Dr. Fahd bin Abdulrahman Balghunaim announced.
He pointed out that the contribution will be handed to Rome-based Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
The minister noted that the contribution embodies the enhancement of cooperation between Islamic countries and emphasizes the Kingdom's pioneering role in providing international assistance.
