King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) signed here on Monday an agreement to operate Al-Amal charitable bakery in Lebanon, the third phase, in order to distribute bread for free on a daily basis to the needy in Akkar Governorate and the Minya district, benefiting 50,000 individuals. The agreement was signed virtually by the KSrelief's Assistant General Supervisor for Operations and Programs, Eng. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Baiz. During the project, 20 thousand bread bundles will be distributed daily, at the rate of two bundles for each family, which includes 7,000 Syrian families, 2,475 Lebanese families, and 525 Palestinian families. The project comes within the efforts made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through the KSrelief, to improve the living conditions of the needy in various refugee environments and to provide them with basic foodstuffs.
