Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, Minister of Culture, met here today at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Greek capital Athens with the Greek Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikos Dendias. During the meeting, the Minister of Culture praised the distinguished historical relations between the Kingdom and Greece, spanning more than 90 years, and stressed the importance of cultural cooperation between the two friendly countries and the significant impact of cultural diplomacy in building bridges and strong relations between nations. The meeting was attended by the Kingdom's ambassador to the Republic of Greece, Dr. Saad bin Abdulrahman Al-Ammar and General Supervisor of Cultural Affairs and International Relations, Rakan Al-Toq. It is one of the series of meetings that the Minister of Culture is conducting with a number of Greek officials during his official visit to Greece. This aims to lay the foundation for cultural cooperation between the two countries to work on an extensive cultural program over the next two years.
