The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, represented by the Religious Attaché at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's embassy in the Senegalese capital, Dakar, has continued distributing 2000 food baskets as part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques program for Ramadan Iftar (breaking fast). The program, being implemented in Senegal, covers more than 14 cities, governorates and centers. Through the program, 2000 food baskets will be distributed, benefiting 200,000 individuals. The Religious Attaché at the Kingdom's embassy in Senegal, Hazza Al-Mutairi affirmed that this program comes as an extension of the unlimited support provided by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to Muslims around the world, stressing that the distribution process is in accordance with all precautionary measures being taken by health organizations to confront the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). For his part, the Adviser to the President of the Republic of Senegal Euro Bah commended Saudi Arabia's relief efforts and the great humanitarian role being played to provide assistance and contribute to supporting development efforts around the world.
