Twelve South Koreans have been kidnapped by insurgents in Iraq since April, the government's main intelligence agency said Friday. Only one, Kim Sun-il, was killed by his abductors while the others were all released, the National Intelligence Service said in a report. South Korea's National Assembly is expected to vote next week on a government bill that would extend the troop deployment for another year.
