Speaker of the Arab Parliament, Adel Abdul-Rahman Al-Asoumi, affirmed the Arab Parliament's full standing by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. He also expressed full support for all decisions and measures taken by the Jordanian monarch, King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein, to preserve security and stability in his country and confront any attempts to undermine it or threaten its security and stability. In a statement, the Arab Parliament Speaker stressed that the security of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is an integral part of Arab national security, as it is one of the main pillars and foundations on which the joint Arab action system is based.
