The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has contributed to the Live and Livelihood Fund (LLF) initiative to dispose of solid waste in the main areas of Conakry, the Republic of Guinea, in cooperation with many donors. The initiative aims to improve safety, environmental and social conditions by providing better sustainable waste collection systems, and improving sanitation projects in 33 Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) member countries across Asia and Africa. Within the framework of the LLF, the President of the Republic, Alpha Condé, sponsored yesterday, in the presence of the regional representative of the IsDB, Dr. Alpha Diallo, the ceremony of delivering 56 sanitation trucks to the National Agency for Public Hygiene and Sanitation, to meet the needs of solid waste disposal in the main areas of Conakry. This contribution comes within the humanitarian efforts, exerted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the KSrelief, to various countries of the world to improve their decent livelihoods.
