The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz has sent a cable of congratulations to President Ion Iliescu of Romanai on the anniversary of his country's national day. In his own name and on behalf of the Saudi people and government, King Fahd wished the president constant good health and the brotherly people of Romania steady prosperity and progress.
