The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) forecasted the weather for today in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as thunderstorms accompanied by active surface winds on the heights of Jazzan, Assir, Baha, and Makkah, while active dusty surface winds in the regions of Riyadh, Eastern, Assir, and Medina.
In its report, the NCM stated that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea is northwesterly to northerly on northern and central parts at speed of 25-50 km/h, and southeasterly to southerly on southern part at a speed of 20-40 km/h, while the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf is northwesterly at speed of 20-50 km/h.
