The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of condolence to President Mahamadou Issoufou of the Republic of Niger, on the terrorist act that took place in Tahoua Region, resulting in deaths and injuries. In his cable, the King said: "We have received the news of the terrorist act that took place in Tahoua Region, resulting in deaths and injuries. As we condemn in the strongest terms this criminal act, we share with your Excellency the pain of this casualty, affirming the stand of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the Republic of Niger and its brotherly people. We express to you, the families of the deceased and the people of Niger our deepest and sincere condolences, wishing speedy recovery to the injured".
