Sudan Welcomes Saudi Initiative to End Yemeni Crisis

Sudan welcomed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's initiative to end Yemeni crisis by declaring ceasefire under the supervision of the United Nations.
In a statement issued today, the Sudanese Foreign Ministry affirmed Sudan's support to the initiative that reflects the Kingdom's keenness to preserve the stability in Yemen and region.
Sudan urged the international community to support the Saudi initiative, expressing its hope that the Yemeni parties will positively respond to the initiative in order to reach a comprehensive political solution in Yemen.
