Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior has held a session of official talks with Iraqi Minister of Interior Othman Ali Al-Ghanimi. At the outset of the session, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz welcomed Iraqi Interior Minister and his accompanying delegation, praising the bilateral relations between the two countries under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, HRH the Crown Prince, the President of the Republic of Iraq and the Prime Minister. In his opening speech, Prince Abdulaziz said that the session of official talks comes as an affirmation of the distinguished relations that bind the two countries, and aims to lay down the necessary mechanisms to enhance the security and stability of the two countries in order to achieve the aspirations and visions of the leaderships of the two countries in light of the results of the recent meeting between HRH the Crown Prince and Mustafa Al-Kadhimi, Iraqi Prime Minister, which drew the outlines of the future of relations between the two countries. During the session, they also discussed ways to enhance cooperation and joint coordination between the ministries of interior of the two countries. The session was attended by senior officials from both sides. Iraqi Interior Minister left Riyadh earlier. At King Khalid International Airport he was seen off by Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior.
