The head of the United Nations' nuclear watchdog said Monday that Iran's pledge to suspend uranium enrichment activities was a positive step. Mohamed ElBaradei, director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, said his team has had good access to inspect Iran's nuclear facilities. "They need to build confidence and the suspension of uranium enrichment is a good step in the right direction," ElBaradei told British Broadcasting Corp. radio.
