Prince Khalid bin Sultan Al-Abdullah Al-Faisal, President of Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation (SAMF) launched yesterday the countdown clock for the Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, to be hosted in Jeddah during the period 3-5 December 2021. This event happens for the first time in the history of the Kingdom Saudi Arabia. On this occasion, the President of SAMF said: "A few months after announcing the Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, today we announce the start of preparations for this global race that Jeddah will host." He extended sincere thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Crown Prince for their unlimited support for the sports sector, adding that this race is being supported by the Quality of Life Program and contributes to achieving the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
