Prince Sultan congratulates Lebanese president

Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Emile Lahoud of Lebanon on the occasion of his country's independence.
The prince wished the president continuous good health and happiness and his brotherly people steady progress and prosperity.
