The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz has sent a cable of congratulations to president Vaira Vike-Freiberga of Latvia on the occasion of her country's national day. In his own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, King Fahd wished the president continuous good health and happiness and her people steady progress and prosperity. In his cable, King Fahd also lauded the good relations currently binding the two countries and peoples.
