A ferry carrying 273 passengers caught fire off China's eastern coast Tuesday, but most were rescued, the government said. It said some crew members were missing and it wasn't clear how many people were injured or dead. The boat was traveling from Shandong province to the northeastern city of Dalian when the fire broke out at 1:30 p.m. (0530 GMT), according to the official Xinhua News Agency. Rescue work was still under way, Xinhua said.
