U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney was admitted to a Washington hospital Saturday suffering from shortness of breath, the White House confirmed. Cheney, 63, who has a history of heart problems, was undergoing tests at the city's George Washington University hospital. A White House spokesperson said the vice president had a bad cold which might have caused his breathing difficulties.
