King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) launched yesterday a volunteer medical campaign for open heart surgeries and catheterizations for adults in Al-Mukalla, Hadhramaut Governorate, Yemen with participation of a number of cardiologists from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. On the first day of the campaign, the medical team performed 23 catheterizations and 5 open-heart surgeries without complications. This campaign comes within the framework of support being provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through the Center, for the medical sector in Yemen.
