Insurgents attacked a police station
in the Iraqi city of Karbala, killing one Iraqi policeman
and injuring five, the Polish military said Wednesday.
The police station came under attack Tuesday evening from
insurgents using mortars, machine guns and two car bombs,
the Polish-led security force in Iraq said in a statement.
