The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz received at Alsafa palace in Makkah today visiting President of Senegal Abdoulaye Wade and accompanying delegation. King Fahd welcomed the president in his second country, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, wishing him good stay. On his part, President Wade expressed thanks to King Fahd for the warm reception and generous hospitality accorded to him and his accompanying delegation. During the audience, they reviewed the overall developments at the Islamic and international arenas, notably the Palestinian issue and the situation in Iraq and discussed aspects of cooperation between the two countries and ways of enhancing them. The audience was attended by Prince Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General; Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of the Eastern Region; Prince Saud bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Chief of General Intelligence; Prince Abdulaziz bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet and Chief of the Court of the Cabinet's Presidency; and senior protocol officials. On the Senegalese side, the meeting was attended by the president's accompanying delegation.
