King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) handed over here today the building of the dialysis center to the Ministry of Health of the Federal Republic of Somalia, where the center will be used, upon the request of the Somali Ministry of Health, as a temporary headquarters for examining and treating people with the novel Coronavirus (Covid-19), and the KSrelief will continue the construction after the finishing treatment of the patients, as a contribution from the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, in alleviating the suffering of Somali people as a result of this Covid-19 pandemic. The ceremony of handing over the Center building to the Somali Ministry of Health took place, in the presence of Saudi Ambassador to Somalia Dr. Muhammad Abdul-Ghani Khayyat and a number of officials. It is worth noting that the Kingdom, represented by the King Salman Relief Center, is implementing many relief projects and development programs in the Republic of Somalia in various educational, health, water and sanitation sectors, in support of the brothers in Somalia.
