A U.S. Embassy spokesman said Tuesday that an American, a Nepalese, a Filipino and an Iraqi remain hostages after a kidnapping raid Monday night in Baghdad. Two Iraqi guards have already been released. The six were seized after assailants stormed the compound of a company in the upscale Mansour district of western Baghdad around 5:30 pm. (1430GMT), police said. One guard and one assailant was killed during a bloody gunbattle, police said.
