Four people killed in Tel Aviv Explosion

An explosion went off Monday in a
crowded open-air market in Tel Aviv, and a TV report said
at least four people were killed.
Paramedics said dozens of shoppers were hurt in the blast
in the Carmel market.
The cause of the explosion remained unclear.
