Moroccan Foreign Minister Mohamed Benaissa was making a one-day visit to Albania on Thursday to discuss bilateral relations, the Albanian Foreign Ministry said. Benaissa will hold talks with Albanian Foreign Minister Kastriot Islami on ways to promote more trade and investment between the two countries, officials said in a statement. The ministers were to sign a memorandum of understanding on those issues.
