Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper reported in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is witnessing quantitative leaps and amazing achievements in various fields. The paper further added that the 1st International Conference on Giftedness and Creativity, organized by King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba), within the activities accompanying the G20 summit, during the period from 8 to 9 November 2020 will enhances the Kingdom's global leadership in developing the gifted and creative young capabilities. This conference confirms that Saudi Arabia has become a source for expertise and successful experiences of nurturing and developing talents, the newspaper concluded. In another context, Al-Yaum newspaper said in its editorial that the Iranian regime seeks to enhance its ability to threaten world peace through its continuous attempts to acquire a nuclear weapon. The newspaper said that the US State Department report confirms that the Iranian nuclear program continues to pose a threat to international peace and security, in light of the Iranian regime's continued failure to comply with the standards of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). The newspaper added that what the report indicated about Iran's history of denial, delay and deception in its dealings with IAEA is repeating itself, as Iran has refused to fully cooperate with the agency's requests to answer questions related to nuclear materials and activities since July 2019. The newspaper concluded that Iranian behavior and action that threaten global peace and security requires the international community to immediately address it.
