Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arena. Al-Riyadh, Al-Yaum and Al-Eqtisadiah newspapers reported in their editorials that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is exerting unprecedented and unremitting efforts in fighting corruption at all levels and without exceptions. The papers further said that regarding this issue, a royal order was issued to terminate the service of top military and civil officials and to open an investigation with them due to suspicions of corruption. The papers added that in these resolute steps, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has confirmed that no one is immune and that all are equal before the law. The papers also added that Saudi Arabia has become a regional and global symbol in fighting corruption and eradicating its sources with efficiency and firmness. The papers concluded by saying that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia made fighting against corruption a priority to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
