Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Monday condemned ongoing attempts by Yemen's Houthi militia to target civilian areas in Saudi Arabia, the last of which was a ballistic missile that was fired on the south of the Kingdom and was intercepted and destroyed by Arab coalition forces. Ministry spokesperson Daifallah Al-Fayez reiterated Jordan's "condemnation and rejection of this cowardly terrorist attack", and said Jordan fully stands by Saudi Arabia in the face of any threat to its security. "The security of the two kingdoms is one and is inseparable, and that any threat to the security of Saudi Arabia is a threat to the security and stability of the entire region," Al-Fayez said. He also lauded the capabilities of the Arab coalition and its success in countering such attacks and intercepting and destroying the missile.
