Yemeni Minister of Local Administration and Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Relief Abdul Raqeeb Fatah, highly commended the initiative of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) in providing urgent humanitarian assistance to the people affected by the floods in the governorates of Marib, Hajjah and Hodeidah. He said in a statement to the official Yemeni news agency: KSrelief initiated, from the first day of the consequences of heavy and torrential rain in a number of governorates, the distribution of urgent humanitarian aid in the governorates of Marib, Hajjah and Hodeidah, and the coordination with United Nations organizations to provide urgent support to those affected in Hodeidah, Amran, Marib, Abyan, Al-Dhalea, Hajjah and Al-Mahwit governorates. Fatah also praised these efforts of KSrelief, donors and UN organizations, affirming that they are greatly appreciated and thanked by the Yemeni government and people.
