His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, has sent a cable of congratulations to Luis Abinader.
The cable was sent on the occasion of Luis Abinader's victory in the presidential elections in the Dominican Republic.
