The Saudi State Properties General Authority (SPGA) has said that all government agencies must coordinate with it and obtain its approval before they rent any property whose annual rent exceeds the amount of (200,000 riyals). It emphasized the need to adhere to the state's rental of the property and its evacuation regulation, and that a government agency cannot rent the property except for an urgent need. The Governor of SPGA, Ihsan Bafakih, confirmed that the authority is working hard to provide smart real estate solutions and implement energy efficiency standards.
