The Ministry of Health (MoH) has announced that the intensive care unit (ICU) bed capacity in Al-Bahah hospitals has been increased by 129%, as a part of its efforts to upgrade and improve the standard of health services in the region to meet the needs of citizens. This step comes as a continuation of the Ministry's announcement to add extra 2,800 beds to intensive care units (ICUs) within 90 days in various hospitals in all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to provide the highest levels of medical care to citizens and residents, and in continuation of the application of the highest precautionary standards and preventive measures to address the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
