The General Authority of Meteorology and Environment Protection foretasted the weather for today as thunderstorms on the heights of Najran, Jazan, Asir, Baha and Taif, while active winds in the regions of Eastern, Riyadh, Qassim, Makkah, and Medina. In its report, the Authority stated that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea is westerly to northwesterly at speed of 18-40 km/h, while the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf is northerly to northeasterly at speed 10-38 km/h.
