The main Saudi exchange index ended trading here today, down to 7423.23 points. But the total value of the trading exceeded SR5.4 billion against as many as 270 million shares traded. The trading was shared among more than 200,00 deals. While 119 shares closed higher, only 59 shares slumped. Coming to the spread between the highest and the lowest stocks, it ranges from 9.99 per cent to 2.13 per cent. On the other hand, the index of the Parallel Equity Market (Nomu) closed higher, gaining 136.32 points, to close at 8316.80 points, with a total valuation of SR9 billion, against more than 100,000 stocks traded and shared by 700 deals.
