The General Authority of Meteorology and Environment Protection foretasted the weather for today as active dusty winds in Laith, Jazan, some parts of Makkah, Riyadh, Eastern, Najran and Madina regions , while thunderstorms on the heights of Jazan and Asir. In its report, the Authority stated that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea is northwesterly to southwesterly at speed of 18-42 km/h, while the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf is northwesterly to northeasterly at speed 12-38 km/h.
