Riyadh-based Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University has created 21 specialized programs for the bachelor and diploma levels in ten colleges, as part of its plan for next year's academic year, in response to the national objective to localize jobs and open new fields that manage to meet the needs of the local labor market. The programs introduced include three specialized programs in artificial intelligence sciences, data science and analysis, and cyber security scheduled to be launched by the College of Computer and Information Sciences. The College of Business Administration also is set to launch three bachelor-level programs in financial economics, human resources management and marketing. The College of Arts shall introduce a number of programs in digital journalism, tourist guidance in addition to museums and monuments, while the College of Arts and Design is creating a number of programs in photography, film-making and animation. In remarks on this step, the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs of the niversity Dr. Nawal bint Mohammed Al-Rasheed, pointed out that, due to the role played by the University to achieve the Kingdom's Vision 2030 aiming to provide Saudi women cadres with necessary skills to meet the development requirements and the needs of the labor market, the university has created a number of developmental and qualitative academic programs as part of the Kingdom's endeavour to support the business sector in general.
