Abdulhameed bin Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Al-Yahya, Saudi, was wanted by security authorities. He devoted himself to provide hideouts for deviants, using women and children for camouflage during the stay of the wanted with him. He forged a number of documents to cover the criminal activities. He was known among other deviants as the one who provides their requirements. 3/ Isam bin Miqbil bin Saqr Alotaibi, a Saudi national who once fell in the custody of the security authorities when he was extradited from outside in Muharram 1423 H. for carrying out unacceptable activities. Faced by that at the time, he categorically denied belonging to any organization or believing in any deviating ideology. After having given a written guarantee to respect the laws and regulations inside and outside and to refrain from suspicious acts, he was released accordingly. Later, the security authorities discovered that he rescinded his acknowledgement and did not live up to his words. Instead, he put his house at the disposal of the deviating group who used it as a den for their criminal activities. He also participated in those activities. In this connection, the security forces were able to confiscate from the scene of the crime a number of weapons, hand grenades, different ammunition and devices in addition to a big quantity of documents and money.
