The Ministry of Sports announced today that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will host Saudi Dakar Rally 2021 for the second consecutive year, during the period from 03 to 15 January 2021, in coordination with the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation. This came during a virtual press conference in the presence of Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, Minister of Sports and Prince Khalid bin Sultan Al-Abdullah Al-Faisal, President of Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation. On this occasion, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, Minister of Sports, expressed his happiness that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will host this great international event for the second time, and his pride in the return of the Saudi Dakar Rally competitions, after the distinguished success achieved in its first edition. The classic cars category will debut in 2021 edition, which includes the cars that participated in the Dakar Rally before 2000, and they are still in good condition.
